  • Regulatory Authority: Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA), Office of Early Childhood and Out-of-School Learning (OECOSL)
  • License Capacity: Up to 12 children, plus 3 additional school-age children during school hours
  • Compliance: Full compliance with IC 12-17.2 and 470 IAC 3-4.7
  • Also registered as Camby Learning Center LLC

Required Credentials & Training

✓ Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential – Required within 3 years of licensure ✓ CPR Certification – Current for all age groups served (renewed annually)
✓ First Aid Certification – Current (renewed every 3 years)
✓ Universal Precautions Training – Current (renewed annually)
✓ Safe Sleep Practices Training – Current
✓ Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Training – Current
✓ Health and Safety Orientation Training – 4 modules completed
✓ Orientation 1 & 2 Training – Completed through Indiana Learning Paths
✓ Annual Continuing Education – 12 clock hours minimum

Health & Safety Standards

✓ Background Checks – National criminal history checks completed for all staff and household members
✓ Physical Examinations – Current health clearances for all staff
✓ TB Testing – Annual tuberculosis screening
✓ Drug Screening – Completed within 60 days of application
✓ Fire Safety – Quarterly fire drills, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers
✓ Emergency Preparedness – Comprehensive emergency plans and procedures
